Optima at Wye Road Crossing was the pilot property of Phase 1 in Salisbury Village, Sherwood Park’s first and only sustainable urban neighbourhood.

Created for forward-thinking homebuyers seeking an alternative to standard condominium properties in Sherwood Park, Optima at Wye Road Crossing was the first-of-its-kind building. This innovative 3-storey complex comprised of 50 stylish condos, was designed by the amazingly talented duo, Tyler Dixon and Tai Ziola of Ziola Newstudio (now Dialog) and was a pilot project by the Sustainable Urban Neighbourhood (SUN) Committee of Strathcona County.

Urban Jungle was engaged to develop and manage Optima’s PR plan, produce a series of videos, and design and develop their online presence.
